Anko Food Machine Co, Ltd. was established in 1978, In order to meet market and customers requirement, ANKO started to design and manufacture automatic machines for making Chinese dim-sum. ANKO is now the most professional Chinese dim-sum machine manufacturer with complete production lines in the world.

In 1990, ANKO also started to design and manufacture Indian food production machines, due to Indian food requirement began booming in the world.

In 1992, Robert OuYoung, Chairman of ANKO, set a goal to be the most professional ethnic food machine manufacturer in the world.

For increasing order demand, Ningbo ANKO and Ningbo Homelife were established in Ningbo, China, in the same year for manufacturing machine parts and machine assembly.

In 1998, ANKO expended to special bakery food processing equipments (especially for wraps and puff pastry) and aquatic product processing equipments to meet customer's requirement.
